The Journey of Healing and Recovery      Victoria  Portanier
Memories, sweet memories of my brother and me, watching him play baseball on the team called “Twins”. Long, hot days swimming at “the city pool” in Red Bluff, California, staying cool, Colored popsicles made in Tupperware, Are they ready yet? Monopoly, Scrabble, Battleship!  Vince is always then and now up for any board game!

Why I’m Walking    Jonathan Dixon

I knew nothing about mental illnesses until a few weeks after I became manic in 2002. At the time I didn’t think I was sick, I just felt like I’d discovered that I was Jesus, and was tapping into divine powers.

Whey you start the day   Sara Alexander

When you start the day you just don't know what will be good or bad, what will please you, or bore you, what make you cry,  or throw you into a state of utter fascination.
